Pursuant to the Federal Consumer Protection Law, you may exchange the product as long as it is in perfect condition and free of signs of use, meaning it is in the same condition as when you received it. It is also essential that the item be in its original packaging.
How to request an exchange:
To request a product exchange, you must send an email to (contact@mavellie.com) stating your full name, order number, and the reason for the exchange. You will receive our contact information with the necessary information to exchange the product.
Exchange of products with a manufacturing defect:
In accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law, in the case of items with a manufacturing defect, you have the right to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
How to request an exchange of defective products:
You must send an email to (contact@mavellie.com) stating your full name, order number, and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will review your case within 30 days of receiving the products, and the replacement will be sent to the original order address. There will be no additional cost to receive the new product.
